Q: How can I register for the courses?
There are various ways by which you can register for our courses. You can register and pay online for the course online, or you can register for the course and pay later upon receipt of the invoice. Group registrations can also be done online with an immediate payment or a pay later option.
Q: When does my membership expire?
A: Membership expiry date is December 31st of the year irrespective of when you become a member. You will have a 1 month grace period to renew it, i.e. until January 31st of the next year.
Q: How do I renew my membership online?
A: You will receive renewal notifications during the month of January. You can access your account by logging in and then renew your membership. If you do not renew your membership you will receive an email that your membership is expired. However, you can still login at a later date and renew it. However, during this “inactive” period, you will not be able to enjoy the membership benefits.
Q: I forgot my login information. How can I find it?
A: Your registered email is your user-id for the website. If you forget you’re your password, click on Forgot Password and you will be guided through the password reset process. If you continue to have difficulties please email us at
